1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iChef mobile application and website located at www.ichef.ae, operated by iChef Future Kitchen L.L.C, incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, with registered address at Building, Park Avenue, Nadd Hessa, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us", or "iChef").

By downloading, accessing, or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

iChef operates a cloud kitchen platform that allows customers to browse our menu, customise their meals, place orders, and arrange delivery within the UAE. We prepare all food fresh to order at our kitchen facility.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at info@ichef.ae if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Ordering

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed in the app are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and are denominated in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• Menu items, prices, and availability may change without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your order at any time before our kitchen begins preparing it.
• Once preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.
• Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
• If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us at info@ichef.ae within 24 hours and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

7. Delivery

• Delivery is carried out by our partner delivery agents within serviceable areas in the UAE.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• You must provide an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews.
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the iChef app and website — including logos, images, text, and software — is the property of iChef Future Kitchen L.L.C or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, iChef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to that claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
